Roll Call -
The roll call showed the following board members present: Iris Anastasi (on speakerphone), Eric Berkowitz, Stephen Collins, Dee Lanzillo, Dott Nicholson-Brown, Fern McBride and Bill Tennenbaum (on speakerphone).Vote on Delinquent Owners Restrictions
Eric Berkowitz made a motion to ratify the decision wherein effective July 1, 2010 that any owner who is more than 90 days late in paying their quarterly maintenance will not be allowed to use any common areas, such as Pool, Rendezvous, Exercise and Game Rooms, Barbecue, Cabanas, Laundry Facilities, etc. Also, voting rights will be suspended and all delinquent owners’ tenant rents must be paid to the Association. The motion was seconded by Fern McBride and unanimously approved.
