Roll Call -
The roll call showed the following board members present: Iris Anastasi, Eric Berkowitz, Stephen Collins, Dee Lanzillo, Dott Nicholson-Brown, Fern McBride, and Bill Tennenbaum (via speakerphone).Board, Committee & Owners Meeting Rules -
The President stated that the purpose of this special meeting is to approve the rules regarding owner participation at meetings, a copy of which is being mailed to all owners.Stephen Collins made a motion that “The Rules Regarding Unit Owner Participation at Meetings” be approved and adopted. The motion was seconded by Iris Anastasi and unanimously approved.
