It was stated that the purpose of this special meeting is to appoint a director to fill the vacancy on the Board.
Roll Call -
The roll call showed the following board members present: Eric Berkowitz, Dee Lanzillo (on speakerphone), Dott Nicholson-Brown, Fern McBride and Bill Tennenbaum (on speakerphone). Iris Anastasi was absent.Appointment of Director to Fill Vacancy -
Dee Lanzillo made a motion that Stephen Collins be appointed to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors. Fern McBride seconded the motion which was unanimously approved.Adjournment -
A motion was made by Bill Tennenbaum and seconded by Dott Nicholson-Brown to adjourn the meeting at 11:05 a.m.; unanimously approved.Fern McBride
