A special meeting of The Regency Tower Board was called to order at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2009 in the Rendezvous Room of The Regency Tower by the President.

Treasurer Bill Tennenbaum Gives Financial Update
Bill - See March 12 Report
The President, Dee Lanzillo, announced that the sole purpose of this meeting is that the Board wants to vote on hiring Board member Dott Nicholson-Brown as Manager under terms of a contract subject to review of our legal counsel.

Roll Call - The roll call showed the following board members present: Iris Anastasi, Eric Berkowitz, Dee Lanzillo, Dott Nicholson-Brown, Fern McBride, and Bill Tennenbaum (via speakerphone).

Manager Hiring - Bill Tennenbaum made a motion that we hire Dott Nicholson-Brown as Manager in accordance with the terms of the contract to be reviewed by our attorney. The motion was seconded by Fern McBride; the motion passed with 4 ayes and 1 nay; Dott Nicholson-Brown abstained from voting.

Questions were asked and statements made by various owners regarding the hiring of Dott Nicholson-Brown.

Adjournment - A motion was made by Dott Nicholson-Brown and seconded by Eric Berkowitz to adjourn the meeting at 10:45 a.m.
